Purchased devices come with 12 bundled credits ensuring that you can use devices for a full year before having to reload.

Credits are used by devices depending on the functionality they are consume. For device credits, 1 credit is consumed if the device has sent telemetry data to the server that month.

For airtime credits using the integrated eSIM it depends on the MNO (mobile network operator) they connect to. The allowed MNOs can be set while provisioning a device to avoid unnecessary costs.
