Compliance

Automated reporting

Compliance with EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) can be time consuming when having to periodically document safe air levels and discharged wastewater. Whether it’s volatile acids from printing or cleaning processes. Whether it’s ensuring the treatment of wastewater remains as effective years after its commissioning. We provide simple yet powerful solutions to these complex problems.

Generate reports about your workers’ and environment’s safety to document your compliance. On a button press or on a monthly or quarterly cycle, summarize the collected data into neat graphs and checklists. The data is collected by our sensor and alarm systems which integrate seamlessly into your existing infrastructure.

Compliance Reports

Whether you require reports to prove compliance with EHS for the EU Supply Chain Act or ISO standards (14001 and 45001) we can help automate this process. Once set up, our internet-connected sensors will continuously collect data and securely store them online for years. This allows you to go back in time even if belated legal problems present themselves.

This will not only save you time but also reduce the risk of human error and costly penalties.

Monitoring Dashboards

The Inamata platform provides dashboards to monitor your environmental parameters in real-time. View changes over the last hour or how trends have changed over the years. The graphs can be automatically generated or customized to examine specific correlations.

In addition, manage your deployment spatially with our floor plans and map pages. These allow you to upload floor plans and place your sensors on them. This enables you to find hot spots before they become a hazard. This is complemented by our maps that simplifies managing multiple sites.

Alarms and Notifications

In case your environmental protections weaken, be notified immediately by your deployed sensors. The notifications give you all the relevant information to quickly take action and remediate the problem. This prevents legal and compliance issues from developing.

We also provide the ability to connect other systems electrically to give you the ability to adjust or shut off the hardware being monitored. This is used, for example, with our Tiaki CO2 monitoring devices to automatically turn off CO2-based cooling systems if leaks occur.
