At Inamata, we respect your right to privacy and full control over your personal data. If you no longer wish to use our services and would like to delete your data from our systems, this page will guide you through the process.
What Happens When You Delete Your Data
When you request data deletion:
- Your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.
- Any associated IoT logs, analytics, or platform usage data tied to your account will be anonymized or deleted, unless we are required by law to retain it.
- The deletion is irreversible and may result in loss of access to any services, data history, or insights previously generated.
How to Request Data Deletion
Email Request
Please email us at: privacy@inamata.io
Make sure to include:
- The email address and/or username associated with your account
A brief statement like: “I request the deletion of all my personal data in accordance with GDPR.”
We’ll verify your identity and respond within 7 business days.
Processing Time
Most requests are processed within 72 hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 7 days for complete deletion across all systems and backups.
Legal Obligations
In certain cases, we may retain limited data to:
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax or regulatory records)
- Resolve disputes
